Bouncy houses and falafel aren't things normally associated with one another but at the Middle Eastern festival we visited this weekend they went together quite well....as long as one waited 10 - 15 minutes after consuming one to enjoy the other.  It's always a little strange for us when Arabic culture and American culture collide.
