19August2009 Four/Four

We're well into our fourth week of classes with approximately four more to go. Today's main session was on persecution. "Gut wrenching" pretty much sums it up and that's all I'm gonna say about that. Maybe more later.
Friday is our first shot clinic. P is sad to report that this has nothing to do with rifles, shotguns or archery. Needles is what's involved. We are all getting a series of inoculations, spread over three joyous occasions, for things such as rabies, hepatitis, encephalitis, etc. The kids are NOT overly excited about this but they are looking forward to the popsicles, balloons and facepainting that follow.
We miss all our friends and family. Thanks for the calls, emails and notes (especially the cards for Z on his birthday). We love you!

  1. That session were both convicting and humbling for me. Really put things into a good perspective for me and caused me to go to Him in pr. I am lifting you all up and hope you have a sanctifying last month.
