You can take the girl outta the country but you can't take the country outta the girl!  Thankfully #D is keeping the southern tradition of blackeyed peas and greens on New Years Day alive.  They say eating you'll enjoy good fortune for the year if you eat this meal.  Who cares about all that?!  It tasted amazing.
